Procedure:
- Take a bowl and add half a cup of yogurt.
- Add 3 tablespoons of honey as well.
- Take a lemon and cut it, squeeze its fresh juice and add it.
- Mix all ingredients well and make a fine paste.
- Apply this paste on your hands and feet using a make-up brush.
- Leave it on for about 30 minutes.
- Soak them in the warm water later and wash it off.
- Do this once every week for best results.
Yogurt and Aloe Vera Gel

Procedure:
- Take a bowl and add half a cup of yogurt.
- Add 3 tablespoons of honey as well.
- Take an aloe Vera stem and cut its edge to squeeze the gel out.
- Add it to the honey and yogurt mix.
- Mix all ingredients well and make a fine paste.
